Your Race Night Enquiry

Thank you for your enquiry for a Race Night with myself. My name is Chris and will be your main contact for any queries you have – please do contact me anytime with any queries whatsoever.

I do have limited availability so it is always worth checking dates before finalising other plans.

It is important to remember that I will tailor your night to suit and provide a whole nights entertainment if necessary – you can keep costs down as no band or DJ needed (unless you would prefer one, or I can DJ until midnight for an extra £70). I generally entertain for the whole night, but can liaise with other entertainment.

When booking a Race Night with myself you will receive:

  • A comprehensive step by step guide to preparations for your Race Night.
  • All staff required on the night (including tote desk operators)
  • Variety of races including horses (jumps and flat), Dogs, Trotters and RACING PIGS.
  • A professional compere on the evening who will ensure the smooth running of the event and also ‘encourage’ people to join in.
  • Systems which enables you to raise money to cover all your costs (including my fee) BEFORE the night has even started.
  • We do not take a percentage of your profits – only our fixed fee.
  • All equipment is of professional quality and fully PAT (Portable Appliance Testing). A requirement for most venues. We also have full PLI (Public Liability Insurance) in place.
  • All ages welcome – even kids can join in.
  • Other fundraising games as appropriate / time allows
  • If you are not looking to raise funds from your Race Night I can also provide ‘fun money’ should you wish with a prize for the one with the most money at the end.

I have undertaken many race nights for corporate, fundraising and private functions in the past and can provide references from past customers if required. No licences etc. are required for a race night and can be enjoyed by any age range.

I have 2 set times for Race Nights which are (together with prices)

12pm – 4pm – £295

7pm – 11pm – £350 (Up to 100 people, then +£100 per 50 people)

Extra hour for disco till midnight – £70 (please note although a good idea, this is very rarely needed).

As mentioned I do not take a percentage of profits on the night, and can provide you with ways to cover this cost BEFORE the night has even started. I do bespoke the event to suit your needs so any specific requirements please do contact me anytime.

IMPORTANT : Due to health reasons I am unable to carry equipment up stairs, even just a few stairs. If your venue is upstairs I can still accept the booking but will need someone to carry the equipment up one hour before the start of the evening, and back down at the end of the evening. If a lift is installed I will be ok on my own and ground floor rooms are fine.

Should you wish to proceed with the booking, please let me know and I will send out a link to allow you to complete a booking form. I do ask for a £50 deposit to be paid at the same time which can be paid using a credit/debit card.

Once the booking form is complete, I do send confirmation and pop your Race Night Pack in the post to you.
